Rolling Oblique Push-Up

Sit on the floor with your right hip on the platform holding it steady. Grasp the handle with your right hand with overhand grip (palms facing down), resting your left hand on your thigh. Using your right hand, hold yourself up, then slowly roll your right arm up until it is even with your shoulder. Slowly roll yourself back up to starting position. Repeat on the left side.

Bicep Curl (Rowing)

Sit on the floor, legs extended out. Keep the platform tight at the soles of your feet. Grasp each handle with overhand grip (palms facing down) and your arms extended out in front of you. Simultaneously, pull both handles towards the side of your ribs, and slowly release back to starting position. In this exercise, you are simulating rowing a boat.

NOTE: Do this same exercise with the bands crossed for additional resistance.

Leg Extension

Sit on the chair atop the platform to hold it steady. Put left foot through handle keeping knee bent, foot on the floor for starting position. Slightly lift leg and extend outward in front of you, straightening at the knee. Keep your back straight throughout this exercise.

Lunge with Bicep Curl

Grasp left handle with overhand grip (palms facing down). Place right foot forward, on top of foot piece, with your left foot behind you; roughly one-stride apart. Flexing the left foot, slowly sink down. This will set off your right knee to bend. Put your weight on the heel of your front foot to work the buttock muscle most effectively. While in lunge, pull your left hand up to shoulder, flexing at elbow. Repeat with right side (left foot forward).

Place hands on the seat of the chair for balance. Place right foot atop the foot platform to hold it steady. Place your left foot in the left handle, and, keeping your knee bent, raise and lower your left leg; elevate it to shoulder level, straightening your leg as you lift it up. Repeat with the right leg.

Start out on the floor, knees on the platform to hold it steady. Grasp each handle with overhand grip (palms facing down), arms straight down and back straight. Slowly roll your arms forward, bringing your chest closer to the ground. Make sure your feet are not touching the ground. Slowly roll yourself back up to starting position.

Grasp handles with overhand grip (palms facing down). Hold handles to your sides, palms facing each other. Raise and extend arms out to shoulder height, parallel to the ground.
