How do you put the Shrug Shaper on?
Put your Shrug Shaper on one arm at a time as you would a jacket. Lastly, fasten the clasp to the width you feel comfortable in much like a bra and you are done!

What is the clasp made out of?
The clasp material is very similar to a standard bra clasp.

What is the extender made out of? What color do they come in?
The extender is the same material as the clasp. They come in the same color as the Shrug Shaper purchased.

How many additional inches does the extender give you?
The extender gives you up to an additional 2 inches around your rib cage.

Why is the extender beneficial?
The Extender is beneficial for those who are in between sizing. Example: If your frame fits into a size Large but your rib cage is slightly larger, you can use the Extender to add up to an additional 2" to the band allowing you to customize your Shrug Shaper for a perfect fit.

What if I need to exchange the size?
Not a problem! Just fill out the enclosed form, be sure to send back the garments you are exchanging, and we will send you the new size at no extra charge.

Can I get a different size in the black?
No, but you can order the same size free , as you did in the nude.

Can I get the bottoms and tops in different sizes?
Yes, we understand that you can be a different size on the top vs. the bottom and therefore we allow you to choose a different size in the top and bottoms. However, the size you choose in the Nude Shrug Shaper is the same size we will send you in the block. Same goes for the bottoms.

Do I have to receive the FREE Black Shrug Shaper in order to get the bottoms?
No, you can pass on the FREE black Shrug Shaper and still order the bottoms. However, I would hate for you to miss out on getting the Black Shrug Shaper today esp. since it is FREE.
